Fr Simon blessed the new lectionaries before Mass on the First Sunday of Advent. This was an occasion for us to remember fondly the kindness and generosity of Malcolm D’Aubeney, who died a few years ago, and who was a lay reader at Holy Trinity for some years, when Fr Richard was parish priest.
