Our APCM will be held on Sunday 12th May at 12 Midday in church.

Please join us for our Annual Parochial Church Meeting, or APCM for short, on Sunday 12th May at 12 Noon, shortly after the Parish Mass. This is a very important meeting for everyone in Holy Trinity, and everyone is encouraged to attend.

The PCC, or the Parochial Church Council, to give its full title, is the elected committee which oversees the work of the parish and its smooth running.

This is your opportunity to learn all about what the PCC has been doing during 2023. A summary of the PCC activities for that time will be published and discussed. There will be a annual financial statement from our Treasurer, and a report from the Churchwarden, as well as a report from the Deanery Synod representative. We will hear a report on how many names are on the revised electoral roll.

The meeting will be chaired by Fr Simon, who will also write an introduction to the annual report. You are encouraged to comment on the annual report and to ask questions.

A copy of the Agenda and of the annual report will be available for everyone at the meeting. We look forward to seeing you at the APCM on Sunday 12th May 2024.

Gerry Power, PCC Secretary, 1st May 2024
