The Christmas season continues, and this week we celebrate the Epiphany of The Lord. The wise men will soon arrive at the Crib in church.

Our church is beautifully decorated with flowers during Christmas: the festive colours of red, white, green and silver. Thanks to everyone who sponsored flowers, and thanks to Pauline for the lovely arrangements.

Many thanks to the children of Highfield School, and their families, for the gift of food at this time of Harvest!

Thanks so much to the children, ages 5 to 6 years, and their families, of Highfield School in Winchmore Hill, for the gifts which they presented to our parish on Friday 14th October. The foods include pasta, tomatoes, tinned fruit, sauces, tinned vegetables, and some essential hygiene products. All items are non-perishable, and they are most welcome at any time of year, but in particular at Harvest time! The gifts will be presented to a local foodbank, so that the items can be distributed to families and children who need them. Deo gratias!
